Refund policy

At Flex Outfit, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Shoes that show signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at flexoutfit35@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us at flexoutfit35@gmail.com to request an exchange. If the item is in stock, we’ll gladly help you swap it out.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
